Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Trauma sensitive yoga can supporting shifting the experience of yoga from the external to the internal. Trauma sensitive yoga does not focus on external appearances, such as doing a pose “right,” or external praise from an instructor, as may be the case in traditional yoga. Rather, trauma sensitive yoga focuses on the internal experience. This shift encourages participants to listen to their body to inform decision making, leading to a better mind-body connection, and a stronger sense of agency.
EMDR intensives are a shift from traditional weekly or fortnightly session with your psychologist. This is an immersive experience for those who would like to work on their issues at a different pace– this will still be a nurturing, safely held, and compassionate therapeutic relationship.

Carly offers bespoke Nature Therapy packages, designed for individuals needing to reconnect with their environment, and for groups of up to 12 people. Blue and green spaces have been long shown to benefit mental and physical health. Carly facilitates this process in a mindful and reflective manner.
