NEW CLIENTS

Appointment Location: All appointments are online via a secure video platform. 

Fees & Cancellation: Please note that 50% deposit of your full fee is payable at time of booking. The remainder of your fee is payable at the time of consultation. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours of prior notice, we will retain the capacity, at our absolute discretion, to withhold your deposit and charge the remainder of the full appointment fee. Cancellation fees are the responsibility of the client.   

After hours/ Saturday appointments: please contact us to enquire for out-of-hours consultation availability. Please note that after-hours and Saturday consultation fees may incur a higher rate.

New client intake form: After booking you will receive a link to complete a new client intake form. This will need to be completed in order to confirm your appointment.
